Think Geek Presents: Star Trek: The Next Generation Uniform Hoodie

_star_trek_tng_uniform_hoodiesNew from Think Geek is  Star Trek: The Next Generation Uniform Hoodie. Modeled on the two-piece, Robert Blackman uniforms from seasons 3 forward, these hoodies are a ThinkGeek creation and exclusive.

Product description:

The hood features piping along the edge. When the hood is up, it’s a hoodie. When the hood is down, it mimics the collar of the uniform. They made these without pips so that you can add your own, appropriate to your rank. And also you might want to add the combadge.

_star_trek_tng_uniform_hoodies_picardChoose from screen-accurate blue or gold or a modified screen-accurate color for red. Why modified? Because CBS agrees that unless you’re walking around with a television lighting crew, the screen-accurate red will probably look too dark, so we’re using the approved variant color. The blue and gold are the actual screen-accurate colors, which means blue may look a little more green and the gold may look more a little more brown than you were expecting (our photos are accurate). If so, request better lighting.

This full-zip hoodie is 80% cotton / 20% polyester. The colors are pieced together, not printed on. It has two front pockets and ribbed cuffs and bottom. They recommend that you turn the hoodie inside out before washing in cold water. Tumble dry low. Be forewarned: this will shrink if you wash it in warm water or dry it on hot. If you anticipate accidentally doing that, you may want to order a size up.
