In an episode of Breaking Bad called “Blood Money”, Jesse Pinkman’s drugged out friends, Badger (Matt Jones) and Skinny Pete (Charles Baker) are discussing Star Trek. Badger pitches a story-idea about his unwritten Star Trek script, which features a blueberry pie-eating contest pitting the very bored crew against one another.
